Following our viewing of Sleepy Hollow, we will now spend time exploring the gothic setting and its common features. Below you will find images and extracts used to support us during this study.

Once we had looked at all the images and discussed the extracts in the slides above, we condensed our thoughts as a class on the board about the ‘markers’ of the gothic setting.
